This is how we use your information
We store your details within our accountancy software QuickBooks in order to send you an invoice for our services; this also includes sending invoices for renewals of services.
Your name and email address is stored in our mailing list on MailChimp in order to contact you with regards to software updates, along with marketing emails from time to time.
We use Mail on iMac, which automatically stores your name and email address making it easy to send you future emails.
What we DON’T do with your information
We do not store any of your card or payment details on any of our systems, all clients pay via BACS or Cheque.
We do not use any third parties except Mailchimp & QuickBooks.
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
We do not send spam mail.
All online reciprocated activities and communications are continually monitored and protected by anti-virus software, and SSL certificates (secure socket layers).
From time to time we will send a marketing email with information about our services, software and server updates, special offers or discounts that may be of interest to you.
If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, no problem, here is how you can discontinue our services from Hinton Collective.
Email hello@hintoncollective.com with your full name and request to be removed from our database. We will delete our electronic files, destroy any paper files and remove you from our mailing list.
